 Kappa Vertical Glazing System

Kappa is the versatile translucent vertical glazing system which combines 10mm triplewall polycarbonate sheet with coated steel glazing channels. The Kappa system can be produced over 7m long and is capable of free spans of up to 3000mm. Kappa sheets are manufactured to the exact length required and have the ends heat sealed to help provide an appealing and simple to fit glazing system.

 C4 Vertical Glazing System

A heavy duty translucent vertical glazing system incorporating 16mm, 20mm or 25mm fourwall polycarbonate sheet and plastic coated or stove painted steel glazing channels. Unsupported spans over 3000mm are possible and the system can glaze areas over 7m high in a single run. Excellent thermal performances are achieved with the C4 system - insulation values between 1.9 W/m2K and 2.2 W/m2K - making it an effective and durable glazing option.

 Modular Vertical Glazing System

Modular is the vertical glazing system where glazing bars are not required. Interlocking multiwall polycarbonate sheets help to transmit the maximum available natural light and provide a smooth surface finish to the glazing. Comprising 16mm or 40mm thick multiwall sheets with a clear or opal finish the lightweight system offers high light transmission, simple installation and good thermal insulation.

Multiwall Polycarbonate Sheet

Regular multiwall polycarbonate sheet is a popular vertical glazing material offered in a range of stock sizes or cut-to-size as required. Sheets are produced between 4mm and 35mm thick and can be supplied in clear, opal, bronze and heat reflective finishes. The different multiwall sheets offer a range of strength, weight, light transmission and thermal insulation properties producing a versatile construction material which will fit within vertical glazing profiles or bespoke window frameworks.

Solid Polycarbonate Vertical Glazing Sheets

Solid polycarbonate is a quality glazing sheet offering superb optical clarity. It combines strength, impact resistance and high light transmission to create one of the most versatile glazing materials available.

A practical alternative to glass, solid polycarbonate’s uses in the field of vertical glazing include security glazing, secondary glazing, machine guards, safety screens and vehicle windows.
