The translucent curved roofing system incorporating 10mm triplewall polycarbonate sheet and plastic coated tubular steel glazing channels. With maximum unsupported spans of 5000mm, Kappa curved can be supplied manufactured to various radii to suit most applications. Sheets are available in clear, opal, bronze and green tint and have the ends heat sealed providing an appealing and simple to fit glazing system.

A heavy duty translucent curved roofing system comprising 16mm, 20mm or 25mm thick multiwall polycarbonate sheet and coated steel glazing channels. C4 curved sheets are available in various translucent tints and offer excellent thermal performances with U-values as low as 1.9 W/m2K. The square section channels are pre-curved to standard radii of either 3.5m, 4.0m or 5.0m to enable unsupported spans up to 4m. Where intermediate support is used sheet lengths up to 7m can be produced and larger custom curves achieved.

Regular multiwall polycarbonate sheets are offered in a range of stock sizes or cut-to-size as required. Sheets between 4mm and 25mm thick are all suitable for curving and can be supplied in clear, opal, bronze and heat reflective finishes. Multiwall sheets will cold curve around bespoke frameworks or within curved glazing profiles to produce innovative glazing designs.

Thermonda R3500 is a unique multiwall polycarbonate roofing sheet produced in a strong corrugated form which is also pre-curved. Available in 3mm twinwall and 6mm triplewall construction, clear and opal sheet finishes are available. Manufactured to length to suit each application, these tough and lightweight sheets will span up to 3000mm without additional supports. Sheets are delivered direct to site, complete with heat sealed edges ready for use as walkway covers, entrance canopies, barrel vault roofs, kerbed rooflights etc.

Thermogreca 1000 G7 curved corrugated roofing sheets are translucent box profile polycarbonate produced curved to either a 3500mm or 6000mm radii. Manufactured from 10mm triplewall polycarbonate, in clear or opal finishes, sheets are extruded to the exact length required without quantity restriction.

Thermogreca 1000 G7 curved sheet edges are specially designed to side lap with most common box profiles metal sheets. The result is a strong and practical curved rooflight sheet which offers high light transmission (72%) and good thermal insulation (2.9 W/m2K).
